Peggy Hooks

Funeral, Thursday, 7:00 PM, at Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation.  Interment, Friday, 2:00 PM, Evergreen Memorial Park.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband Simon Hooks in 2010; parents, Estelle and Lawrence Britt; brother, Charles Ray "Charlie" Britt.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Lucas (Tim) of Wilson; son, Kevin Hooks (Ingrid) of Huntersville; grandchildren, Ella Ruby Hooks and Liam Quinn Hooks; brother, David Britt (Shirley) of Wilson; sister-in-law, Donna Britt of Granbury, TX.

The family wishes to thank special caregivers Bernice, Barbara, Tammy, Cheryl, Gwen, Sheila, Nellie, and the Spring Arbor staff.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Springhill Presbyterian Church, 7246 Springfield School Rd, Lucama, NC 27851.
