WILSON - Peggy Watson Wooten, 77, died Monday, May 28, 2018.
Funeral, Friday, 11:00 AM, Wilson Memorial Service followed by visitation. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.
Mrs. Wooten was preceded in death by her husband Waddell Wooten in 2014. She was retired from Hooper & Thurston Chiropractic.
She is survived by sons, Tony Thorne (Pam) and Timothy Thorne of Wilson; grandchildren, Erin Thorne of Wilson and Tyler Thorne of New Bern; sister, Zelphia Summerlin and nephews, Larry Summerlin and Steve Summerlin (Patty) all of Rocky Mount.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Scott Smith and staff of the former Southeastern Medical Oncology and to Dr. Margaret Metts.
