SARATOGA – James "Pete" Lane, 85, a retired builder who had served in the military, died Thursday, October 1, 2020.
Funeral, Monday, 2:00 PM, Unity Free Will Baptist, Downing St, Wilson (masks are suggested and preferred). Burial, Stantonsburg Cemetery.
Surviving is his wife, Marie Barnette Lane; daughter, LuAnn Hinton (Steve); grandchildren, Addison Lamm and Ashley Howell (Justin); sisters, JoAnn Sugg (Alton) and Judy Mosley (Tommy) of Wilson, Frances Letchworth of TN; brother, Douglas Joyner.
Memorials are suggested to Unity Church, 2200 Downing St, SW, Wilson, NC 27893-4615.
