Phyllis Jones Carr, 86, of Lucama, died Monday, May 15, 2023.

Funeral, Saturday, 3:00 PM, at Spring Hill Presbyterian Church.  Interment will be in the church cemetery.  The visitation will be at Wilson Memorial Service, Friday, 6:00-7:30 PM.

She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Carr (Lisa Eklund) of Raleigh; Vickie Lewis (Jeff) of Lucama and Joni Hutchins (Sharon Holland) of Hendersonville; son, Dempsey Carr (Dawn) of Aurora; grandchildren, Ashley Pinno (Justin), Sonia Carr, Keifer Hutchins (Morgan), Liam Hutchins and Heather Poythress; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Jackson and Josalin Pinno; sister, Ann Haddock of Winterville.

Mrs. Carr was preceded in death by her husband, Therion Dempsy Carr, Sr.; son, Dana Carr; grandson, Jeffery Lee Lewis; brother, Jesse Jones.
