June 24, 1961 — July 30, 2020
Sandra Kay Garris, 59, of Wilson, died Thursday, July 30, 2020.
The service to celebrate her life will be Sunday at 10:30 AM in the shady grove of trees at Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation. Please bring your own lawn chair and dress casual/weather appropriate. Masks are encouraged.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Gordon Garris and her Daddy Mack, Roy Mack Overman.
Sandra is survived by her mother, Celia Vick Garris Overman of Wilson; sister, Connie Blackwolf (Daniel) of Elm City; niece, Jenna Moyer (Jacob) of Cary; nephew, Jason Woodell of Raleigh and great-nephew, Steven Moyer; several special cousins and friends.
A special thank you is extended to her caretaker Kali at Wilson Assisted Living and to Dr. Hal Woodall.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church, 202 Kincaid Ave, N, Wilson, NC 27893.
