WILSON - Sara Yates Weatherford, 94, died Saturday, May 21, 2011.
Funeral, Friday, 11 AM, Piney Forest Baptist Church, 4509 Andrew Jackson Rd (Hwy 76) west of Chadbourn, with burial in the church cemetery beside her husband, Herbert W. Weatherford, who died in 1991.
Surviving is her daughter, Sara Ann Pollock of Wilson; son, Hugh Colvin (Betsy) of Deep Run; grandchildren, Emily Waters (Matt) of Raleigh, Kelly Pollock of Raleigh, Carla Colvin of Wilson and Hugh Colvin of Charlottesville, VA.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of one's choice.
The family will be at the home of Sara Ann Pollock, Wednesday evening.
