WILSON - Thelma Jenkins Godwin, 89, died Tuesday, December 16, 2015.
Funeral, Monday, 11 AM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.
Thelma was preceded in death by her husbands, Roosevelt Warrick and William J. Godwin; daughter, Rachel Frizzelle; sons, Joseph Warrick and Danny Warrick; parents, John Henry and Ida Gertrude Mercer Jenkins; and brothers, David, Silas, Edward and Jim Jenkins.
She is survived by her step-daughter, Judy G. Parker of Wilson; step-son, William J. "Bill" Godwin, Jr. of Elm City; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
