Valerie Rios-Maldonado

LUCAMA – Valerie Barbara Brone Rios-Maldonado, 64, died Sunday, January 16, 2022.

Funeral, Thursday, January 20, 11:00 AM, Wilson Memorial Service, Wilson, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery.

Surviving is her husband, Pablo Rios-Maldonado; sons, Samuel “Sammy” Thigpen (Brooke) of Wilson, Michael Thigpen (Sierra) of Summerfield, FL; grandchildren, Tyler, Anthony, Justin and Caitlin Robbins, David and Lorelai Thigpen; great-grandchildren, Bella, Baylor and Sawyer Robbins.

Preceding her in death was her parents, Eugene and Barbara Salvage Brone of New York state; twin brother, Geoff Brone, and another brother, Larry Brone.

Many will remember her from her work at Wilson Urology.
