WILSON - Vera Murray Stokes, 87, died Thursday, July 30, 2015.
Funeral, Sunday, 4:00 PM, West Nash United Methodist Church, followed by a time of visiting. Inurnment, Monday, 10:00 AM, Black Creek Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Carl Stokes (Robin) of Black Creek; sisters, Doris Brannon of Zebulon, Coleen Bunting of Scotland Neck and brother, Stanley Murray of Garner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to West Nash United Methodist Church, PO Box 8298, Wilson NC 27893-1298 or an arrangement from Edible Arrangements, 2322 Forest Hills Rd W, Wilson.
