Vernon Jackie Freeman, 81, of Wilson, died Friday, July 5, 2024.

Funeral, Thursday, 11:00 AM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. 

Jackie was pastor at New Heart Fellowship and was retired with 45 years of service from Lee Ford & Kenly Ford parts department.

He is survived by his wife Judy Summerlin Freeman; sons, Eddie Freeman (Jean) of Wilson and Allen Freeman (Deneen) of Hope Mills; grandchildren, Caleb and Natalie Freeman; brother, Jimmy Skinner (Gail) of Elm City.
