WILSON - Warren R. Tait, 86, died Tuesday, October 23, 2007. He was born in Wisconsin, attended public schools and graduated from Wisconsin State College. He went on to earn his masters degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and did further work in physics at Dartmouth, Ohio University and Cornell College. During World War II, he was a meteorologist in the Army Air Corps serving in China. Following the war, he taught and was principal at Lee Woodard and Gardners schools in Wilson County. He moved to Atlantic Christian College
