Wilton Webb

Sidney Wilton Webb, 92, of Wilson, died Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

A graveside service will be at Evergreen Memorial Park on Monday, August 31, at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Webb retired from Bridgestone/Firestone and was a Lifetime Member of the Wilson Moose Lodge where he developed lifelong friendships.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Flossie “Flo” Elliott Webb; parents, George Colin Webb and Mittie Eva Forbes Webb; sister, Jocelyn Teal; brothers, Randolph, Jerrill, John, and G.C. Webb, Jr.

Mr. Webb is survived by his brother, Bobby Webb, of Wilmington; granddaughter, Laura Maynor of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; and dear friends and neighbors, Kristi and Ricky Hicks and Martha Allen, who were always there for him.
